Return/Shipping Policies

Return Policy

We believe in our products and know that you will be delighted with your purchase.  We have a 100% guarantee that our products are pure and genuine.  However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may receive credit for your online purchase provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is returned to Wyndmere Naturals within 15 days of purchase.

  • All returns are in resalable condition.  Acceptance of returned items is at the discretion of Wyndmere Naturals.

  • All freight and shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Wyndmere Naturals cannot issue credit for items purchased through a retail store or any location other than our online store.  Any items purchased in a retail store must be returned to the store in accordance with their return policy.

Please repackage the item/s carefully and ship using delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for shipping damages on returns or for items lost in transit.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods:  Wyndmere Naturals offers USPS Priority Mail delivery options within the United States only. The shipping rate is determined by the weight of the items purchased and the shipping zone. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. If you need expedited delivery options, please call Customer Service at 800-207-8538.

Shipping Times:  Orders are processed and shipped from the manufacturer within two business days from receipt of payment.  Your invoice will reflect the number of days it will take for your package to reach its destination once it has left Wyndmere Naturals.  The length of time is automatically determined by shipping carrier.

FREE SHIPPING:  TO REDEEM THE DISCOUNT COUPON FOR FREE SHIPPING ON RETAIL ORDERS OVER $50,  please ENTER THE CODE 5417.  Shipping option will be determined by Wyndmere.

Damaged, Defective, Shipping Errors

Damaged Product: Our Shipping Department takes great care in processing and packing orders.  However, if any damages have occurred during shipment, please contact Wyndmere Naturals at support@wyndmerenaturals.com or call Customer Service at 800-207-8538 within 48 hours of receipt of package for instructions on returning or replacing damaged items purchased through our online store.  Please keep all packing material as the carrier may require examination of damages. 

 

Defective Product: If the product is covered by a Warranty, please follow the warranty instructions. Contact Wyndmere Naturals at support@wyndmerenaturals.com or call Customer Service at 800-207-8538 for instructions on returning or replacing defective items purchased through our online store. 

 

Shipping Errors: We double-check all orders before shipping, however, mistakes may occur.  If the mistake is ours, we will make it right at no extra cost to you.  Please contact Wyndmere Naturals at support@wyndmerenaturals.com or call Customer Service at 800-207-8538 within 48 hours of receipt of package for instructions on returning or replacing incorrect items.
