All returns are in resalable condition. Acceptance of returned items is at the discretion of Wyndmere Naturals.

We cannot issue credit for items purchased through a retail store or any location other than our online store. Any items purchased in a retail store must be returned to the store in accordance with their return policy.
Please repackage the item/s carefully and ship using delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for shipping damages on returns or for items lost in transit.

Shipping Policy
YOU MUST ENTER THE CODE# and click "Submit" TO RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING ON RETAIL ORDERS OVER $50. After shopping, enter the Code "5417" at the bottom of the 'View cart' page in your Shopping Cart and click "Submit" for free shipping to be applied. This discount applies only to orders shipped in the United States via UPS Ground and US Mail (USPS). Shipping method will be determined by Wyndmere Naturals, Inc.
Shipping Methods:
Wyndmere Naturals offers two shipping options for your convenience: UPS Ground and US Mail (USPS). Please choose USPS for delivery to PO Boxes. The shipping rate is determined by the weight of the items purchased. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. There is a small handling charge added per order. As you add items to your shopping cart, the cost is automatically calculated for you so that you can make an informed decision as to the preferred shipping method. Please call Wyndmere Customer Service at 800-207-8538 for information about expedited delivery options.
Shipping Times:
UPS orders received before 3:00PM CST will be shipped the same day if you are paying by credit card. US Mail orders will be shipped within 2 business days if you are paying by credit card. All orders paid by money order or cashiers check will be processed upon receipt. All orders paid by personal check will be held until the check clears the bank, approximately 10 days after receipt.
Damaged, Defective or Shipping Errors
Damaged Shipment: We take great care in packing our orders. However, if any damages have occurred during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@wyndmerenaturals.com for instructions on returning the damaged items. Please keep all of the packing material since the carrier may require examination of the package. If you require immediate shipment of replacement, please contact us at support@wyndmerenaturals.com. We will ship the order only after receipt of any applicable payment for the replacement. If you require expedited shipping, the additional cost for any Express service would be your responsibility.
Defective Product: If you have received a defective product, please return it to us within 15 days of purchase in original condition including all packaging material, documentation, and a note describing the problem. Please repackage the item carefully and ship using delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for shipping damage on returns or for returns lost in transit. A refund will be processed upon confirmation that the defective product has been returned within the 15 days of purchase and upon determination by Wyndmere that the product is in fact defective.
**If the product is covered by a limited warranty, please follow the warranty instructions**
Shipping Errors: We double-check all of our orders before shipping. However, on rare occasions a mistake may occur. If the mistake is ours, we will make it right at no extra cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@wyndmerenaturals.com to explain the problem and for instructions on returning the incorrect item. In certain circumstances, it may be necessary for Wyndmere to receive any applicable payment for the correct item before shipping. A refund for the shipping error will then be processed upon receipt of the incorrect item.
