Hydrosols

Did you know you can get hydrosols from Wyndmere? We have Lavender, Neroli, and Rose hydrosols to choose from. They’re soothing and calming for all skin types, especially acne-prone skin. Naturally astringent, hydrosols tighten, firm, and tone skin while reducing excess oils and minimizing large pores.

Hydrosols have similar properties to the corresponding essential oils but are less concentrated. So unlike our essential oils that should be diluted before application, the hydrosols are much gentler and can generally be used directly on the skin.

The aroma of the hydrosol can be softer and more subtle than that of the essential oil. It may also smell more herbal since hydrosols have the water-soluble constituents not found in the essential oil.
