Remove from Pouch: Take the patch from the foil pouch.

Activate the Aroma: Peel off the top cover at the tab to release the fresh scent.

Apply to Chest or Clothing: Remove the clear liner and apply to your upper chest or clothing, near your nose. If applying to skin, clean and dry skin first.
