Unwinding Diffusion: Add 5-8 drops to your diffuser for a soft, grounding, citrus-floral atmosphere during a slow-down ritual.
Slow-Breathing Inhalation: Inhale directly from the bottle or add a drop to a tissue and take a few slow breaths.
Comforting Body Ritual: Dilute 12-18 drops per ounce of carrier oil for a gentle, soothing body or wrist-and-neck massage.
Evening Bath Soak: Mix 5-10 drops into a tablespoon of carrier oil, then add to a warm bath for a quiet, comforting soak.
Bedside Room Mist: Add 15-20 drops to 16 oz water to mist a soft, grounding scent onto linens and around the room.
