Some traditional uses are to place a few drops of oil on the palms, rub together, cup over nose and breathe deeply; apply directly to the feet or over pulse points; use in the bath (5-10 drops).

Ingredients: Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) oil, Boswellia thurfera (Frankincense) essential oil. Diluted to 10%.
