• Linden Blossom Diffuser Blend

Linden Blossom essential oil absolute in jojoba

We love Linden Blossom for its sweet, creamy, floral aroma and can’t deny its amazing aromatherapy benefits for relaxation, mental calming, sleep enhancement, and stress reduction.  The heart-shaped leaves of the Linden tree remind us that it has been used with care for centuries to help with cardiovascular and circulatory health. A family-friendly EO, Linden Blossom has a reputation for being used to help keep children healthy.

We wanted to use this beautiful EO to create some serious spring vibes in our homes this week. Why not? Here in Minnesota we know winter is far from over, but with the sun shining and temperatures rising we can’t help but want to channel that spring energy with our hearts forward..and what better way to do that than with heart chakra opening Linden Blossom.

We love the citrusy aroma of Orange EO blended with Linden Blossom, they accompany each other well uplifting the blend and adding to its calming effects. Sandalwood is an exotic EO with a soft, woody scent. It’s spiritually grounding and has a calming influence on the mind and emotions. Sandalwood was traditionally thought to be disinfecting and used as incense in cleansing rituals to purify the air. Today Sandalwood is believed to boost the immune system and relieve respiratory issues. Why not add a drop especially when it blends so well with the other two!

To create this spring vibe in your home, add the following to your diffuser:

-5 drops Linden Blossom

-3 drops Orange

-1 drop Sandalwood

…and enjoy! Don’t forget to take a photo and post to social media so we can re-share!
