Here we are, collectively learning new routines. Some of us are working from home, some are now teachers, and others have found that their jobs have become more essential than ever. Stress is everywhere. Yet there can also be a blessing found in this new slowed-down version of life. Never before have we been gifted with this ability to slow down and focus on home, family, and self. While this time looks different for many we truly believe that we can emerge collectively stronger, rested, and ready to move forward compassionately.
Choosing books over screens is always a good choice especially right now when many of us need to demonstrate positive habits to set healthy examples for our children. Now, with much of school and work online right now, cutting screen time has become increasingly hard.
When trying to help our children learn - or as we work from home - we have been diffusing our blend Study Buddy to help aid our memory retention and love it for its ability to stimulate young minds.
