How to Use the Anxiety Release Spa Essentials

Air Mist: Shake well and mist into the air or lightly over linens, away from the face.

Bar Soap: Lather, wash, and rinse. Store on a draining dish.

Lotion: Smooth onto hands and body after the bath.

Votive: Trim the wick to 1/4 inch and burn in its glass holder on a heat-safe surface.
