Evening Diffusion:Diffuse 3–5 drops in the evening to fill a room with a soft, calming, unwinding atmosphere.
Warm Bath Soak:Add 5–7 drops to a carrier oil or Epsom salts, then add to a warm bath for a deeply relaxing soak.
Soothing Massage Oil: Dilute 5–10 drops in 1 oz carrier oil for a calm, comforting evening massage.
Bedtime Diffusion: Diffuse 30 minutes before bed for a soft, comforting bedroom atmosphere.
Calming Inhalation: Inhale directly from the bottle during a hectic moment for a soft, settling scent pause.
Diffusion:Diffuse 3–5 drops in the evening for a soft, calming atmosphere.
