Blend Type: Synergy blend of 8 essential oils
Character: Protective, grounding, comforting
Seasonal Diffusion: Add 3-5 drops to your diffuser for a warm, spiced-citrus atmosphere during the chillier months.
Warm-Herb Inhalation:Inhale directly from the bottle or add a drop to a tissue for a comforting, spiced-herb pause.
Room Misting:Add 15-20 drops to a 16 oz spray bottle with water and shake before each use.
Grounding Massage Ritual: Dilute 5-10 drops in 1 oz carrier oil for a warm, aromatic massage. Patch test first.
Comforting Bath: Add 5-7 drops to a carrier oil or Epsom salts before adding to a warm bath.
Diffusion: Add 3-5 drops to your diffuser for a warm, spiced-citrus atmosphere.
Room & Linen Mist: Add 15-20 drops to a 16 oz spray bottle with water; shake before use.
Massage Oil:Dilute 5-10 drops in 1 oz carrier oil for a warm, aromatic massage.

Bath: 5-10 drops mixed into a tablespoon of carrier oil or unscented bath gel
Diffuser:5-8 drops in a water-based diffuser
Room & Linen Mist: 15-20 drops per 16 oz water
