How to Use the Certified Organic Essentials Box Set

Diffuse: Add 3-5 drops of one oil, or a mix, to a water-based diffuser.

Try a Blend: 2 drops Lavender + 2 drops Peppermint for a bright, fresh room scent.

Dilute for Skin: Mix 12-18 drops per 1 oz (30 ml) of carrier oil, about 2-3%. See How to Dilute Safely on our site.

Shower Steam: Add 1-2 drops of Eucalyptus to the shower floor, away from the water stream, for a fresh scent.
