Dilution Guidelines

Facial Application: 1% dilution (6 drops per ounce of carrier oil)

Body/Massage: 2-3% dilution (12-18 drops per ounce of carrier oil)

Bath: 5-8 drops per ounce of carrier oil before adding to bath

Diffuser: 3-5 drops in water-based diffuser

Shower Ritual: 2-3 drops on shower floor, away from direct water stream

Room & Linen Mist: 15-20 drops per 16 oz water

Phototoxicity Warning: Cold-pressed citrus oils, including Grapefruit, are phototoxic. Do not apply diluted Grapefruit oil to skin that will be exposed to sunlight or tanning beds for at least 12 hours after application.
