Fresh Daily Diffusion: Diffuse 3-5 drops for a bright, crisp, citrus-mint aroma at home or at your desk.
Invigorating Inhalation: Inhale directly from the bottle or add 3-5 drops to a bowl of steaming water for a fresh, clearing steam (eyes closed).
Chest & Shoulder Oil: Dilute 5-10 drops in 1 oz carrier oil and massage into the chest and shoulders for a cool, fresh finish.
Seasonal Bath Soak: Add 5-7 drops to a carrier oil or Epsom salts, then add to a warm bath for a crisp, invigorating aromatic soak.
