Dilution Guidelines

Body/Massage: 2-3% dilution (12-18 drops per ounce of carrier oil)

Bath: 5-10 drops mixed into a tablespoon of carrier oil, add to a warm bath

Diffuser: 5-8 drops in a water-based diffuser

Room & Linen Mist: 15-20 drops per 16 oz water
