Soothing Diffusion: Diffuse 3-5 drops for a soft, comforting, herb-and-floral atmosphere.
Warm Bath Soak: Add 5-7 drops to a carrier oil or Epsom salts, then add to a warm bath for a relaxing aromatic soak.
Warm Compress Ritual: Add 3-5 drops to warm water, soak a cloth, wring out, and rest it on the lower abdomen.
