How to Use Defend Naturally
Diffusion: Add 3-5 drops to a water-based diffuser.
Room & Linen Mist: Add 15-20 drops to 16 oz of water in a spray bottle; shake before use.
Massage Oil: Dilute 6-12 drops in 1 oz of carrier oil (1-2%), since this blend contains warm spice oils. Patch test first.
Bath: Mix 5 drops into a tablespoon of carrier oil, then add to a warm bath.
Blends Well With
Defend Naturally layers well with Orange, Eucalyptus, and Cedarwood for warm, grounding seasonal diffuser blends.

Citrus Oils: Contains Lemon. Avoid direct sun on skin where the blend was applied for 12 hours.
Pregnancy & Nursing: Consult a healthcare provider before use during pregnancy or while nursing.
