Use essential oils in your diffuser or mix with a carrier oil in a roll-on bottle and apply directly to pulse points. Today the soothing aroma of Frankincense is filling @gojenyoga studio in the Kennedy building in NE Minneapolis helping her to de-stress, relax, and focus her breathing.
