Jojoba

Jojoba Oil

Highlight

A skin-identical liquid wax that closely resembles skin's own oils — non-comedogenic, exceptionally stable, and a gentle base for facial oils, makeup removal, and dilution.

Description

Jojoba is technically a liquid wax ester whose structure closely resembles skin's own oils, so it absorbs cleanly without clogging pores or leaving a greasy residue. It is non-comedogenic and exceptionally stable, which makes it a gentle, long-lasting base for facial oils, makeup removal, cuticle care, and diluting essential oils — and a good choice for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Single-ingredient oil with no additives, fillers, or synthetic ingredients. Packaged in a cobalt-blue glass bottle with a treatment pump. Cruelty-free and bottled in Minnesota, USA.

Pore-clogging: Non-comedogenic — does not clog pores

Sizes: 1 oz / 2 oz / 4 oz ($6.89 / $12.59 / $24.39)

Benefits & Uses

Resembles Skin's Own Oils: Jojoba's wax-ester structure closely resembles skin's natural sebum, so it absorbs cleanly and feels light rather than greasy.

Non-Comedogenic: Won't clog pores — a gentle choice for daily facial use and for oily, combination, or sensitive skin.

Exceptionally Stable: One of the longest shelf lives of any carrier oil, so it stores well and resists going rancid.

Gentle, Multi-Use Base: Works as a facial oil, makeup remover, cuticle conditioner, and stable base for essential oil blends.

How to Use & Dilution

Essential-Oil Dilution Ratios

Facial Oils (1–2%): Add 3–6 drops of essential oil per 1 oz (30 ml) of jojoba.

Body Care (3–5%): Add 9–15 drops of essential oil per 1 oz (30 ml).

Targeted Areas (10%): Add 30 drops of essential oil per 1 oz (30 ml) for spot use.

How to Use Jojoba Oil

Facial Oil Base: Mix 2–3 drops of an essential oil, such as Frankincense or Rose, with a few drops of jojoba, then smooth over clean skin in the morning or evening.

Makeup Remover: Apply a little to a cotton pad and gently wipe away makeup — jojoba dissolves makeup while conditioning skin; no harsh cleansers needed.

Cuticle & Nail Conditioner: Massage a drop into each cuticle to soften and condition.

Hair & Scalp Conditioning: Massage into the scalp and dry ends; leave on before shampooing for a conditioning treatment.

Pairs Well With

Pairs well with Frankincense or Rose for facial oils, Lavender for gentle blends, or Tea Tree for spot care.
