Targeted Areas (10%):Add 30 drops of essential oil per 1 oz (30 ml) for dry elbows, heels, and rough spots.
Full-Body Massage Ritual: Blend about 15–20 drops of essential oil per 1 oz of sweet almond oil for a smooth, relaxing massage.
Body Moisturizer: Apply to damp skin after a shower to soften dry areas; add Rose or Geranium for scent.
