Diffuse: Add 3-5 drops of one oil, or a mix, to a water-based diffuser.

Morning Freshness: Diffuse Breathe Blend for a crisp, cool scent.

Cozy Evening: Diffuse Defend Naturally for warm spice and citrus.

Warm Spice Oils: Aches & Pains and Defend Naturally contain Clove and Cinnamon, which can irritate skin. Dilute well and patch test.

Sweet Birch: Aches & Pains contains Sweet Birch (natural methyl salicylate). Avoid if sensitive to aspirin or salicylates.

Mint & Eucalyptus: Contains Eucalyptus and Peppermint. Keep away from the faces of infants and young children.

Dilute Before Use: Highly concentrated. Always dilute in a carrier oil before applying to skin, and patch test first.
