Grounding Inhalation: Inhale directly from the bottle during a hectic moment for a soft, settling scent pause.
Calming Bath Soak:Add 5–7 drops to a carrier oil or Epsom salts, then add to a warm bath for a deeply relaxing aromatic soak.
