How to Use the Sleep Essentials Box Set

Diffuse: Add 3-5 drops of one oil, or a mix, to a water-based diffuser.

Evening Wind-Down: Diffuse Sleepy Time or Lavender Garden in the bedroom for 30 minutes before bed.

Dilute for Skin: Mix 12-18 drops per 1 oz (30 ml) of carrier oil, about 2-3%. See How to Dilute Safely on our site.

Bath: Mix 5 drops into a tablespoon of carrier oil, then add to warm bath water.
